By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to our policies and FAQ.


We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders are shipped within 2-3 business days (48-72 hours) from the day you place them. Most orders are shipped next business day!
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping and email address on your order.

**Please DO NOT place an order if you need your parcel on a specific date or if you are going on vacation and have no one to receive or pick your up parcel **

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays due to, address inconsistencies, weather or any other circumstances out of our control

We are not responsible for lost packages that are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. We generate our shipping labels from the information the customer provides, so if you enter an incorrect or incomplete address (incorrect zip code, missing apartment / suite / office number / name etc.) and your package is lost, WE are not responsible Please double and triple check your address / email and all other details of your order after you input the information and before the final order process is submitted.

Shipping Information United States All in-stock supplement orders are generally shipped the next business day Monday -Friday, from our Pennsylvania or New York Distribution centers.

Shipping cost start at $6.50 for First Class Mail (5 to 7 days) and $6.85 for Priority mail (2-3 days) shipped via the United States Postal Service*. Orders are usually received within these days. UPS parcel pricing will be calculated based on weight & delivery location. (Next Day Air please see note below**) Note: Excessive weighted items will increase shipping costs these parcels will be charged accordingly.
Note: This is your notification that additional shipping costs may apply and will be adjusted if necessary. Our goal is to keep shipping costs at a minimum. UPS charges $15.00 for address correction. If you enter your address incorrectly you will accrue this $15.00 charge.
** Please Note: We ship UPS orders Monday through Friday 10am-3:00pm EST. Our last UPS parcel leaves out of our warehouse by 3:00 pm, EST. If you place an order after 3:00 pm your order will ship out the next day. If you choose UPS Next Day Air on a Friday your parcel will not reach you until Monday. We do have Saturday delivery as an option for UPS and UPS charges an additional $15.00 for Saturday delivery. You have to enter a comment that you want Saturday delivery and except the additional charge.
On occasion a parcel may not arrive in the specific delivery time frame a customer has chosen. We apologize in advance for shipping inconveniences which are a result of the shipping carrier. If your order does not arrive in the specified time frame you selected contact us within five days of parcel delivery in order for us to verify your shipping claim. If your shipping claim is approved you will receive a full refund for shipping charges.

* Free Shipping applies to orders totaling over $350.00 in the continental United States and will ship via Supervita discretion.


We gladly ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping fees for APO/FPO orders are the same as regular shipping. Use the following format for completing the address form:

Military mail shipment is considered part of the USA , Customers need not enter the actual city, state or country of where parcel is being shipped to. Enter APO or FPO for the city and AP or AE for the state. DO NOT enter the country where you are stationed
Be sure to submit your actual credit card billing address in the "billing address" section. If the APO/FPO address is not the billing address on file with your credit card company DO NOT enter it as the billing address. Enter the APO/FPO address in the "shipping address" section.

Unfortunately we cannot provide estimated delivery times for military shipments.
If you would like a tracking number for your USPS shipped order, please make a note in the comment block and we will email this to you. UPS orders will receive an email when your order is shipped. Please make sure your email address is correct and a valid phone number is given. We cannot be held liable if you don't receive our emails. You are responsible to track your parcel. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping or delivery once it leaves our warehouse. IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE YOUR TRACKING # WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY

We cannot guarantee special instructions will be followed by the postal service/shipping carrier. If you need special delivery instructions enter all instructions in the comment box when processing your order and we will make every effort to relay your instructions.

It is impossible for us to know every countries custom policies.
We will not be held responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in your country. We do not keep track of the ever changing laws in all the various countries, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide. It is your responsibility to check for restrictions and limitations.

If your package is stopped by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If they return the package and it is received by us, we will contact you by email and refund your money for the products that are sealed and resalable, minus the shipping fees.
If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund ANY part of the purchase price. 99.9% of all orders are delivered without any problems
You agree not to file a chargeback with your credit card provider if your parcel is lost, damaged or stopped by customs. Legal action will be taken if you do.

We understand the need for your privacy so our orders are shipped in plain boxes, priority packaging or bubble bags
What if parcel shows as delivered on the postal service website but it is not at my house?

Check with your neighbors, rental offices, behind bushes or in a side door of your home. You might be surprised how many people email us back and tell us that their package was in one of those places. Contact your local post office/postal carrier and inquire about the missing parcel. Once you have done those things and you still cannot find your package, and then email us. Make sure to provide your Order #. We will file a claim with Postal Services and they will start an investigation. Once the investigation is complete and they cannot locate the package, we will re-ship your order or refund your money. No further action can be taken until the investigation is completed!
I have not received my parcel. What now? What if my parcel was lost?

Unfortunately this situation can occur. It is imperative that you follow all the instructions given here as to how to track your parcel. If it is past 8-12 business days from the day your item was shipped, contact us immediately; make sure to provide your order # in the email. We will open an investigation with the postal services state side to find out what has happened to your parcel. Investigations can take anywhere from 10-30 business days from initiation to final conclusion by the postal service claim department. International claims can take anywhere from 30-90 business days to finalize. If the investigation is finalized and you still have not received your item we will refund or reship your items (unless it was stopped by customs). No refund or reshipping of items can be done, before the investigation is finalized and you agree to all our Terms and Conditions.



Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped for a 10% processing fee. Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Filling a chargeback with your credit card company and receiving the package is a felony. We will report all internet crime to the proper authorities and turn the person over to our collection lawyers. Customers filling chargebacks are responsible for all the fees incurred to collect the debt.

-Our Goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, with that being said We are not a "Try and Buy" store.
-Unopened products can be returned to us up to 60 days from the date of purchase
-All returns are subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Restocking fee is waived if receiving store credit.
-If you are interested in returning a product please call our customer service department at 215-620-7776, M-Fri EST to obtain an RMA number. A refund will not be issued without an RMA number.
-Opened products are not accepted for return under any circumstances including, customer dissatisfaction with product results, ordering the wrong product etc.
-It is strongly recommended that customers research the products they are interested before placing and finalizing their order, this is stated on our website
-We DO NOT manufacture any of the products sold on our website
-The return address listed on shipped parcels is not our return address, parcels sent back to this address will not reach anyone, you will lose product and money.
-We will not and do not offer any money back guarantee
-By placing your order you agree to terms and conditions policy
-If you're online tracking information shows that your parcel is being sent back to Supervita, because you did not claim it or for any other reason/s, NO REFUND will be processed until the parcel has reached our facility and we have inspected it. Customers will receive a refund minus $15 shipping and handling fee
-- International customers: Please NOTE: parcels that are unclaimed or incorrectly addressed are likely to get destroyed by customs; this happens approximately 99.9% of the time, destroyed parcels will not be refunded

All orders are checked twice before being packed and shipped. All shortages are to be reported within 24 hours of receipt, NO exception. Please keep the original carton. Be certain to state your order #.
We reserve the right to refund/credit customers account or to reship the missing items.
