I have been taking Gaba for years and was delighted when the product became available in capsule form. I was loyal to one particular brand and noticed that I could get Sterling caps for alot less money. I fugured I would give the product a shot since it is made from all natural vegetable capsules. That has to be better for you then the other artificial ones. I was plesantly surprised at how great this product worked. It gave me the same results as the other pricey product and I got alot more for my money. If you take Gaba caps give this product a try. You will not be disappointed and will save alot of money.
